As the PMO Analyst / Manager your experience should cover:
- telecoms sector experience is mandatory - vendor or operator
- resource management / allocation
- financial analysis - able to drill into the figures
- risk management
- change management
- governance
- able to guide Project and Programme Managers
- formal Project Management methods - Prince 2, PMP, MSP etc (qualified ideally)
