The current Board possess a wealth of experience within the Technology sector and a track record of shaping the business’ offering to capitalise on emerging trends within the market.  The company's strong ongoing performance is testament to the well-executed business model implemented by the current team.

This is a position with full Board-level responsibility and requires a true Finance Business Leader with experience of managing the relationship with both private and institutional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have accountability for the Finance function and will be required to swiftly familiarise themselves with the existing Finance structures and to develop and build upon these to meet future requirements of the wider business.

Aside from core financial responsibilities, the Chief Financial Officer will partner with other Board Executives to assist in the development and delivery of the business' growth strategies and will share responsibility for the company's commercial output.

What’s on the TABLE

You will be a graduate calibre qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a demonstrable track record of managing growth and positive change.

Your personal qualities should include:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Energy, ambition and enthusiasm to grow, innovate and lead in a fast moving organisation
  • Empathy with the values of the organisation
  • Strong IT skills

The role demands an individual with a sharp intellect married to strong influencing skills and a common sense approach. Whilst candidates with a background in social housing or the charitable sector will be considered, the focus is to secure a candidate with the right mix of skills, experience and personal attributes needed to succeed in the role.
